25 Years ago, when I was a brand new Realtor, my manager suggested I get to know Richard because he was way ahead of the curve in our business. Richard was kind enough to share his knowledge and show me his set up, which included a computer that tracked his clients, and produced an automated paper newsletter. Very cutting edge!
I still remember being wowed to see a printer that actually wrote on envelopes. My how far we've come...
I still consult with Richard and attend his courses a lifetime later. There's always much to learn, and I love learning it from folks like Richard.

We met Richard a number of times at open houses when we were looking for our first house in Cabbagetown and again when considering options to upsize later. Richard's professional, friendly approach and knowledge of the downtown area always impressed us. When we decided sell our Cabbagetown home, the only agent we called was Richard.
Our selling experience with Richard proved to be every bit as good as we expected it would be. Richard was professional, responsive, and brought in a team (photographers, stagers, etc.) to get our house ready within days of our decision to sell. Richard coordinated all aspects of the listing while we were out of town, and made the process completely painless. Richard's market knowledge was incredibly helpful and he provided very useful strategic advice.
After the first weekend open house we had an offer that we were happy with and our house was sold within a week of being listed.

We first met Richard in 2005 when we walked into an open house he was holding. We ended up buying the house through him and retaining him to sell our condominium. Due to some unusual circumstances (completely unrelated to Richard), the sale of the condo was quite difficult. Throughout the entire process and no matter how stressful the situation was for us, Richard was calm and reassuring and focused. The condo sold!
In 2008, we decided to move again and called Richard. We bought through him and then he listed our home for sale. Everyone commented on the extremely professional job he did with the listing - the pictures taken professionally, a stager hired - it was fantastic, and of course, our home sold quickly.
